When no Prague Card is actually the smart choice
Nobody wants a €100+ card to sit unused. If any of these describes your trip, buy individual tickets instead:
1-day visitor with 1–2 sights
A single-day DPP transport ticket costs 120 CZK (~€5) and individual attraction entries run €5–15. Buy them separately and skip the Prague Card.
You'll mostly walk the old town
Charles Bridge, the Old Town Square, the Astronomical Clock face, Malá Strana lanes, Vyšehrad walls — all free to walk through. No Prague Card pays off for that.
